Limited Warranty

VelioHome stands behind the quality of our lighting products. We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.


Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies to VelioHome lighting products purchased directly from our website and covers:

  • Structural defects in materials or workmanship

  • Electrical component failures under normal use

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural variations in materials such as alabaster veining or color tone

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or accidents

  • Damage resulting from incorrect voltage, power surges, or unauthorized repairs

  • Products used in commercial or non-residential environments unless explicitly specified


Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@veliohome.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

If a defect is confirmed, VelioHome may, at its discretion, provide a replacement part, repair, or product replacement.


Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
VelioHome’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only.
